How to Order

Fill in all the fields in the Order Form.

We will contact you by email within 1 working day upon receipt of your order to inform you on the stock availability, payment information. We accept payment in Maybank, CIMB & Public Bank.

We will send out your purchased item after payment done.

You will receive your purchased item at your door step within 2 days from the shipping date !

Shipping

City Time Enterprise uses POS Malaysia as our courier company due to the reliability and efficiency of their services. Free shipping will be provided to all clients within Malaysia. For oversea clients, we will ship using EMS and clients have to bear the postage fees themselves. To protect the items that has been ordered, we will pack all items before shipping. A tracking number will be provided to you in order to ensure that you will receive your items.
